Professional Standards
While in a client's home, staff must:

Arrive on time and in appropriate attire
Follow the Plan of Care exactly
Document services accurately and promptly
Report changes in condition immediately
Maintain professional boundaries
Protect client confidentiality at all times

 Failure to follow the Plan of Care may result in disciplinary action.

Changes in mobility, appetite, mood, skin integrity, or safety concerns
Communication with supervisor

Incomplete documentation is considered non-compliance.

All aides must complete required annual in-service hours under New York State guidelines.

Failure to complete required training may result in suspension from scheduling.
