The name Trivium comes from the Latin tri-via, meaning “where three roads meet.” Those roads; Compassion, Compliance, and Consistency; are the foundation of everything we do.
Founded in New York City, Trivium Healthcare was created to solve a growing problem: Families and healthcare facilities needed dependable, compliant, and truly human-centered care; but most agencies were either too large to care personally or too small to meet professional standards.
We built Trivium to bridge that gap.
